Peptide Reconstitution Calculator

Enter the amount in the vial (single peptides or blends), how much bacteriostatic water you add, and the amount you want to measure. The calculator shows how many units to draw on a U-100 insulin syringe, and how long the vial will last.

Educational tool, not medical advice. This page does the unit math only. Reference schedules appear only for compounds with an FDA label or published human trial, and are shown exactly as studied, with the source. Research-use-only products are not the same as FDA-approved drugs. Talk to a licensed clinician before using any peptide.

How it works

The math in three steps

1

Concentration = vial amount ÷ water added.10 mg ÷ 2 mL = 5 mg/mL

2

Volume = amount you want ÷ concentration.0.5 mg ÷ 5 mg/mL = 0.1 mL

3

On a U-100 syringe, 100 units = 1 mL, so units = mL × 100.0.1 mL × 100 = 10 units

“Units” on an insulin syringe measure volume, not the amount of peptide. International units (IU) on some product labels are a different thing. See Peptide Math for worked examples, blends and common mistakes.

Pep Guide is an independent educational site. It does not sell peptides or link to sellers. Reference schedules come from FDA prescribing information and peer-reviewed trials and describe how approved products were labelled or how investigational compounds were studied under medical supervision. They are not recommendations. Research can change; check the linked source for the latest version.
